Although most Satellite Navigation Systems look like they are sealed units they in fact able to be opened with the correct tools and the battery replaced. We supply all our Sat Nav Batteries with the appropriate tools to open your device and successfully change it’s internal battery giving your device a new lease of life.
The tools we supply with your Sat Nav Battery are a Philips screwdriver, a flat head screwdriver, a T5, T6 & T8 screwdriver and a nylon plastic opening tool which is very useful for sliding into the very small crack where your unit is sealed together. Because the opening tool is made of a soft nylon type plastic is does not damage or scratch your precious device when being used.
The T5, T6 & T8 screwdrivers that are provided in all our toolkits have a 6 point star shaped head, these torq screwdrivers do not slip out of the screw head like many Philips screwdrivers giving a better grip.
You will be able to use our mini toolkit again and again for other devices that may need opening in the future so be sure to keep it safe in your toolbox.
