First remove the 4 tiny screws and then with a flat screw driver or a plastic flat tool open the case from the top first. The small speaker rests on the back casing of the unit, be careful not to open the halves when removing the casing.
Carefully undo the wire that leads to the small speaker and pull it away from the back cover.
The battery which is lightly glued to the mother board has a small wire connecting to the charging point which needs to be seperate from the socket with a flat screw driver.
You will need to lightly remove the small sticky sheet that covers the battery terminal, you can use long nose plyers or similar to do this. Now carefully work around the bottom of the battery that is attached to the motherboard, I should come away easily. Once freed, place the new battery in its place.
