Shipping and Returns

We aim to process orders within 24 hours. The majority of our items are shipped from our UK depo and usually arrive within 24 – 48 hours. A selection of our products are dispatched direct from the manufacturer and can take between 7-10 days. These items are clearly marked throughout the site.

The majority of our items are shipped using Royal Mail at a cost of £2.99 per item up to 2 items and if you purchase 3 items or more shipping is FREE. We offer worldwide delivery for £3.99 per item.

We offer a 14 day returns policy.Please contact us by email prior to returning any goods: sales@batterymill.co.uk

Goods that are damaged or faulty will be replaced or a refund issued. (We will pay the return postage cost).Any other returns must be unopened and in an "as new" condition.Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer in this case.
