SHIPPINGS AND RETURNS
We aim to process orders within 24 hours. The majority of our items are shipped from our UK depot based in the Midlands and usually arrive within 24-48 hours.
A selection of our products are dispatched direct from the manufacturer and can take between 5-10 days. These items are clearly marked throughout the site.
The majority of our items are shipped using Royal Mail at a cost of £2.99 per item up to 2 items and if you purchase three items or more shipping is FREE.
Laptop batteries are shipped using UPS at a cost of £6.99 and can take between 3-6 days and many are sent direct from the manufacturer.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. Please visit the returns section of our web site prior to returning any goods.
Goods that are damaged or faulty will be replaced or a refund issued. (We will pay the return postage cost).Any other returns must be unopened and in an “as new” condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer in this case.
