I don't have a paypal account how else can I pay?

- You don't need to have a paypal account to pay through paypal as they now accept all major credit and debit cards for one off purchases. Simply click on the credit card symbols when you go through to the paypal section and this will allow you to purchase using a credit card.

-The other alternative is to pay through Lloyds TSB's Protx system which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

- You can also pay by personal cheque made payable to 'Perriman Ltd' and posted to : Batterymill, Unit 442, 10 Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3BQ.Please total up the item and shipping cost on all cheques and post with a note detailing the product code of your order and your full name, address and email.

When will my order be dispatched and how long will it take?

- Most of our items are in stock and you will now this when the purchase page has a '1-2 days delivery' icon next to the purchase now button. Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm and sent via Royal Mail First Class as they can easily be posted through the letterbox without you having to be home to sign for it. Usual delivery is 1-2 days but because of Royal Mails policy we cannot consider an item lost in the post until after 14 days.

What if my order does not arrive?

- If after the 14 days your item has still not arrived please contact us by email and let us know what you ordered giving your full name, address and email. We will dispatch another one for you same day

What if I have ordered the wrong battery?

- If you have ordered the wrong battery simply return it in it's original packaging to us at: Batterymill, Unit 442, 10 Great Russell Street, London,WC1B 3BQ. Include your full name, address and email. Also include a note explaining the battery model that you would like to exchange it for.

I have noticed my delivery address within paypal has defaulted to an old one. How do I inform you of the change?

- If you notice your paypal account has an old delivery address you must try to inform us immediately as we cannot recall an order once it has gone into the mail system. Email us stating your full name, email and new address.

Does my order come with all the tools need for the replacement?

- Yes all orders come with a free set of opening tools where required.

Where can I get instructions for fitting the battery?

- Some battery kits come with an instruction sheet within the order. If your didn't take a look at the instruction link on our homepage as we have a lot more instructions in .pdf and .jpeg formats.

What is the procedure for returning an unwanted battery?

- If you have purchased your battery within 28 days and decide that you do not want it anymore simply return it in it's original packaging to us at the following address: Batterymill, Unit 442, 10 Great Russell Street, London,WC1B 3BQ. Please include your full name, address, email and date of purchase if possible and we will refund you through the same payment system you made your purchase with.

I believe that my battery may be faulty. What is your exchange policy?

-If you have followed the charging instructions and are certain that your battery is faulty then return it to: Batterymill, Unit 442, 10 Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3BQ. Include a note explaining the problem and your full name, address and email. We will send an exchange out to you the same day.
