Do you have all the batteries in stock?
All of the best selling batteries are held in stock at our UK depot, which means we can usually get them to you within 24-48 hours.
However the less popular batteries are shipped direct from the factory. This is because batteries stored for too long can deteriorate. The direct delivery option takes a few days longer but guarantees the battery is in stock and as 'factory fresh' as possible. We store all our UK stock at the recommended storage level of between 10-15 degrees centigrade and our batteries always have a partial charge of 30% - 50%. We do recommend giving the battery a full overnight charge before use.
How do I know if you have my battery in stock?
There is a symbol next to every battery denoting whether it is held in UK stock or will be sent direct from the factory.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards direct on our secure server. All transactions are processed using the trusted protx system and are encrypted using the Comodo SSL certificate. We also accept payments via paypal either by existing members of through paypal using cards.
What shipping methods do you offer?
UK orders are sent out by first class post and usually take 24 - 48 hours to arrive. The majority of our batteries will fit through a standard letterbox so you do not have to be at home to receive them. Overseas orders are sent out with 24 hours and will take a little longer to arrive.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders received before 3pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be sent in the following days post.
What if my order doesn't arrive within 48 hours?
Occasionally first class post can take a little longer (3 - 4 working days delivery times are not uncommon for first class post) and on these occasions Royal Mail don't consider a package lost until 15 working days have elapsed at which point if your order has still not arrived you can contact us on info@batterymill.com
What are the shipping costs?
For UK orders postage and packing is £2.99 per item.

Can I ship to another person or address?
You can have you order shipped to anyone or anywhere you like, simply fill in the shipping address on the order page.
How do I know you have my battery in stock?
We stock the majority of best selling batteries and have them in storage at our depo in the midlands. The less popular batteries are sent direct from the manufacturer so that they retain their factory freshness. Throughout the site you will see delivery icons to represent which these are.
What is an extended battery?
In most instances where the battery is stated as 'extended' it simply means it has a higher capacity than the non-extended equivalent. This will give a longer battery life between charges and means you need to charge it less. The 'extended' battery almost always the same size as the original and will fit inside the existing case.
Where the description states 'extended with back cover' the battery is thicker than the original battery and comes supplied with a new back cover to accommodate the extra thickness. These batteries have a significantly longer battery life than the standard capacity.
Please note that since 'extended with back cover' batteries are thicker it may mean that your device will not fit inside any existing accessories such as a cradle, case or dock.
Will I need tools?
A free toolkit is provided if required.
Most devices can be opened easily with the tools supplied and instructions are also provided for many of these models. If instructions are not supplied with the order you may be able to find them within our instructions section of this website. It is usually easy to find instructions online and also instructional videos on www.youtube.com.
Do I need to charge the battery before use?
Yes, we strongly recommend charging the battery fully, preferably overnight before use. This will condition the battery correctly and will prolong its life span.
