Conditions of Usage
All orders for goods are accepted by BatteryMill subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.
We will send you an order acknowledgement email once your purchase has been processed. An invoice detailing the contents of the order and costs will be included with your order if we have shipped this from our UK depo.
Orders come with free tool kits where required on all orders shipped from our UK depo. Orders that state the items come direct from the manufacturer may not include the invoice or the tool kit. If you require either of these then you must contact us by email to request these.
If your battery comes with instructions please read them carefully as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs during the fitting process
We accept payment by the Paypal payment system which accepts all major credit cards or the Protx Payment System which also accepts all major credit cards and is processed by Lloyds TSB.
We also accept cheque payment or postal orders made payable to ‘Perriman Ltd’.
Credit card payment details and personal information is not held on record and not shared with any third parties. All transactions are secured.
BatteryMill cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our controlThe customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items are suitably and adequately packaged.
The batteries supplied by our Company are sold for use with certain products of computer manufacturers, and any reference to products or trademarks of such companies is purely for the purpose of identifying the computer manufacturers with which our products [are replacement for] may be used. Our Company and this Website are neither affiliated with, authorized by, licensed by, distributors for, nor related in any way to these computer manufacturers, nor are the products offered for sale through our Website manufactured by or sold with the authorization of the manufacturers of the computers with which our products [are replacement for] may be used.
Consumer statuatory rights are unaffected.
